Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Lands on AT&T

Shortly after announcing the incoming availability of BlackBerry Torch, AT&T added one more smartphone into their handsets line-up. This one is an Android based, Sony Ericsson Xperia X10.

A short brief, Xperia X10 is ones of Sony Ericsson’s latest multimedia smartphones. This handset is built with 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, 384MB RAM and 1GB internal storage; Packing enough power to ensure that the preloaded Android OS with Mediascape and Timescape™ UI will runs smoothly.

X10's display is quite satisfying as well, 4 inches TFT capacitive touchscreen (480×854 pixels) with scratch-resistant surface. This smartphone also features an 8.1 megapixel camera with smile detection, face recognition, autofocus and LED flash.

Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 is EDGE, 3G and 7.2Mbps HSDPA ready. This smartphone offers good connectivity options with Wi-Fi, DLNA, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, microUSB and 3.5mm audio jack. A microSD slot for storage expansion is available with support up to 32GB card, 2GB card included right out the box. Its other features include aGPS, HTML browser and 1500 mAh battery.

The Black Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 smartphone will offered by AT&T as soon as August 15 through their stores and authorized retailers. It will going for a price of $149.99, 2 years contract required.
