Basically, Fly G1 is a mobile phone. Users can use it or making or receiving a calls and messages such as SMS, EMS and MMS. It runs on dual band GSM 900/1800 Mhz networks and support GPRS as well as WAP access. And just like most of Fly's latest handsets, it comes with dual-sim capability.
Fly G1 is quite compact, measures 112×49.5×13 mm and weighs 124 g. This candybar G1 sports a 2.4" TFT display with 240×320 pixels resolution and 262K colors. It also comes with a 1.3MP camera w/ video capture function, multimedia player, FM radio, Bluetooth connectivity and microSD slot which supports up to up to 16GB card.
Unlike most of gaming phone we are familiar with, Fly G1 which labeled by its manufacturer as "The first gaming phone for playing on your computer", can also be used as a PC's gamepad.
Fly G1's gamepad function works with its Windows-based gaming software that goes together with it --games in kit are badminton, tennis, 2 types of bowling and sports competitions. The connection between the PC and this handset is via Bluetooth. G1's keys used in gamepad mode is “switch on” as “A”, “call” as “B” and “OK” as “C”; while phone the itself also feature a moving sensor.

According to the manufacturer, the Fly G1 will be available in the beginning of September (in Rusia), it’s recommended price is 4190 Rubles --approx. $135. There is no information yet regarding its global availability.
