A new android-based smartphone similar to Google Nexus S, namely Samsung GT-i9023 has just spotted at the FCC’s website recently. This smartphone, just passed the FCC with AWS 3G, which known as T-Mobile's band.
Judging based on the model series, GT-i9023, this smartphone is possibly one of the variants of the gingerbread-running Nexus S which came with a model number GT-i9020. Apparently, shortly before, this new model number also just received both Wi-Fi Alliance and Bluetooth SIG certification.
In addition, Engadget’s Chris Ziegler reports that a number of European retailers are listing the i9023 already as a "Black Silver" Nexus S.
However, new FCC filing for a new color scheme is just a bit too much. Gadgets conspiracy theories lover may suggests that Samsung GT-i9023 would comes include things far bigger rather than a new color.. for example, an Android 2.4 OS? hopefully.. stay tuned for updates :)
