According to the information on the Bluetooth SIG website, Samsung GT-i5510T, which also known as Samsung Galaxy 551, is said to be heading to Australia.

Samsung GT-i5510T is an Android 2.2 (Froyo) running smartphone, which was first introduced at the IFA 2010 event held in Berlin few months ago. Presented in a candybar form-factor with a horizontal-slider full QWERTY keypad, the GT-i5510 sports TouchWiz 3.0 UI, 3.2" TFT touchscreen display with 240×400 pixels resolution, 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera and DNSe sound enhancement.

Samsung GT-i5510T is launched in Europe and several other regions under the name of Samsung Galaxy 551. Looking at the rest of its specification / features list, we'll find HSDPA support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n connectivity, DLNA support, Bluetooth 3.0, built in GPS with A-GPS support, media player with 3.5 mm stereo audio jack, micro-USB port, built in FM radio, HTML browser and 1200 mAh li-ion battery.

Officially? Neither Australian GT-i5510T price nor its exact availability is known by this moment. As a clue, European estimated price for the Samsung GT-i5510 is around €200 euros (about $267). While at India, Galaxy 551 is going for a price of Rs.12,800 (about $286).
