BlackBerry 8980 Spotted At The FCC

As reported by Ubergizmo, the upcoming BlackBerry smartphone which is presumed to be a successor to the Curve 8900, is spotted at the FCC. This handset is the upcoming BlackBerry 8980.

As seen on the picture, this new BlackBerry 8980 looks physically similar to the Onyx (BlackBerry 9700). This smartphone will comes equipped with an BlackbBerry signatured QWERTY keypad, an internal quad-band GSM antenna, Wi-Fi b/g/n wireless adapter and a 3.2-megapixel camera with LED flash.

It is probably, that BlackBerry 8980 will be comes with BlackBerry OS 5 instead of the latest OS (BlackBerry OS 6) --hopefully, the information on the user manual is wrong :) Stay tuned for updates.
